40 Percent of Kalianyar Residents Have Been Vaccinated

COVID-19 vaccination continues to be intensified in Kalianyar Urban Village, Tambora, West Jakarta. So far, 40 percent or as many as 10,549 residents of total target 24,342 residents have been vaccinated in Kalianyar Urban Village.

Kalianyar Urban Village Head, Daniel Azka mentioned, his side continues to collaborate with various parties to achieve the vaccination target. This vaccination is intended for residents aged 12 years to elderly.

According to him, collaborative work with various parties help his side in reaching people who haven't been vaccinated, especially students.
"We are also coordinating with schools to prepare their students at vaccination sites," he added.
Meanwhile, Danramil Tambora, Infantry Capt. Aria Suarja said, his side targeted to vaccinate 1,000 students in two days through collaboration with Kalianyar Urban Village.
"People are quite enthusiastic about participating in vaccination. Yesterday, 500 residents had been vaccinated. Today, we are also targeting 500 residents to be vaccinated," he stated.
He explained, this vaccination activity was carried out at Tambora Military District Command (Koramil) office yard, on Jl. Tiang Bendera III RT 07/03, Roa Malaka Urban Village, Tambora.
"We are very happy to be able to help Jakarta Government to meet COVID-19 vaccination target," he closed.
